Suitable for the home user or those in small offices with lower volume shredding requirements, the Ativa AT-8X Cross-Cut Shredder will shred up to 8 sheets of 70gsm paper at a time into cross-cut particles measuring 5.6mm x 46.8mm. It has a P-3 security rating so can be used for your confidential document shredding and it will also shred credit cards and CDs/DVDs.
Bin capacity is 15 litres and the shredder will accept staples and paperclips, meaning you don’t have to spend time removing these prior to shredding. The bin also features a viewing window so you can see when it is getting too full.
Jam-free blades ensure fuss-free operation and the shredder also benefits from overload protection and will stop automatically on bin removal.
The 220mm throat width makes it suitable for your A4 shredding and the shredder can be used for 2 minutes continuously before it needs to cool down.
The Ativa AT-8X Cross-Cut Shredder comes with a 2 year warranty on the machine and 5 years on the cutting blades.
