This high capacity strip-cut office shredder from HSM is capable of shredding 19-21 80gsm sheets at a time, or 22-24 70gsm sheets. The HSM Securio B32 Strip-Cut Shredder (3.9mm) has a P-2 security level, shredding your documents into ribbon strips measuring 3.9mm wide. This makes it suitable for everyday shredding.
The shredder opening is 310mm (great if you have a requirement for A3 paper shredding), and as well as paper, the shredder will also handle staples and paperclips - so you don’t need to spend time removing these prior to shredding.
There is also a separate feed opening for shredding CDs/DVDs and credit cards - and a dedicated bag for collecting this waste too so that you keep it separate from the paper waste when it comes to recycling.
The shredder has a large bin capacity of 82 litres and HSM recommend it can be used for between 5 - 8 office users.

The shredder features continuous operation, so doesn’t require any cooling down period - great if you need to get through a volume of shredding and share the machine with multiple other users. The paper feed has overload protection which reduces paper jams. If a paper jam is detected, then the shredder runs in reverse for a few seconds and pushes the paper back out again. You can also use the manual reverse button if required. Quiet operation helps reduce disruption in the workplace. The shredder comes with an EcoSmart feature designed to reduce power consumption (e.g. it operates at just 0.1 watts in standby mode) - plus the shredder will switch to standby after 2 minutes non-use. A safety element on the shredder feed opening prevents accidental entry and also serves as a splinter shield. Display indicators show you when the bin container is full, a paper jam has occurred, or if the door is open. The shredder has an inspection window so you can see how full the waste bin is getting. Plus, the machine can be wheeled around easily due to the mounted castors.
The HSM B32 3.9mm Strip-Cut Shredder comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of 3 years for the machine and a lifetime warranty on the cutting blades which are made of hardened steel.
