The Swordfish 2000XCD Cross-Cut Shredder shreds up to 20 sheets of 80gsm paper at a time. Ideal for a busy office, it will shred an A4 sheet into approximately 450 pieces measuring 4 x 35mm. This gives it a P-4 security rating, perfect for all your highly confidential office shredding.
The 27 litre slide-out waste bin will hold up to 550 shredded sheets of paper and the shredder is also able to shred staples, credit cards and CDs/DVDs.
Other features include: Quiet operation (just 58 dBA); auto-reverse on jamming; temperature indicator; auto-stop when the bin is full; and caster rollers for easy mobility.
The shredder has a very good duty cycle of 20 minutes continuous shredding followed by a 40 minute cool down period, so this should allow plenty of shredding for a small or medium sized office (approximately 1920 sheets per hour).
