The Mercury RES1223 Paper Shredder is a strip-cut office model that shreds paper into 5.8mm strips with a P-2 security rating (suitable for everyday, rather than confidential shredding).
The shredder takes 12 sheets at a time and has a 23 litre bin, capable of holding up to 190 shredded sheets. Recyclable bags can also be used with the unit, Rexel product code 2102247.
Features-wise, the shredder has: Mercury Jam-Free technology (which means it will only shred stacks of paper within its sheet capacity); an indicator to signal that the shredder needs to be left to cool down; and the ability to shred credit cards.
