The Rexel Mercury RSX1630 is designed for small office environments with up to 10 users. It shreds into particles 4 x 45mm and has a P-3 security level (suitable for confidential material).
The shredder can take up to 17 sheets of 70gsm paper at a time (or 16 sheets of 80gsm) and has a 30 litre, easy to empty pull-out bin capable of holding 240 shredded sheets. Recyclable bags can also be used with the shredder, Rexel product code 2102063.
In addition to paper, paper clips and staples the RSX1630 will also shred both CDs and credit cards - so can serve a wide variety of shredding requirements.
Handy jam-free technology means that the shredder will only shred stacks of paper within its sheet capacity - sensors alert you if you are trying to feed in too much, thereby avoiding any over-feeding.
The shredder also self-lubricates to ensure it works to maximum performance. Simply ensure that you change the oil when prompted (Rexel product code 1760049) and the RSX1630 will do the rest!
