The ProAction 12 Sheet 18 Litre Cross-Cut Shredder will shred your A4 documents into pieces measuring 5 x 42mm, giving it a P-3 DIN security rating (ideal for shredding confidential documents in the home or small office).
As well as paper, the shredder will also shred staples, so there is no need to remove these prior to shredding. If you have expired credit cards and old CDs/DVDs you want to securely dispose of, you can shred these via a dedicated slot (with a handy separate bin to make recycling easier). A see-through viewing window in the 18 litre shredder bin means it’s also easy to see when it needs emptying.
Other features of this machine include: A shredding speed of 2.2m per minute; a throat width of 220mm (for A4 shredding); auto start/stop; a reverse option to help clear paper jams; a carry handle so you can easily move the shredder; and power and overheat indicators.
Duty cycle on the shredder is 3 minutes of continuous use, after which a cool down period of up to 40 minutes is required.
