The Fellowes Powershred H-8C Cross-Cut Shredder is ideal for light to moderate use in the home. Shredding up to 8 sheets of paper at a time into 4mm x 35mm cross-cut pieces, the shredder has a P-4 DIN security rating, making it suitable for highly confidential document shredding (e.g. bank statements and other very sensitive materials).
In addition to paper, you can also shred old bank and credit cards - and there is no need to remove staples and paperclips before shredding your documents as the shredder can shred through these too.
Bin capacity is 14 litres and throat entry width is 220mm for A4 document shredding.
A handy safety lock means that you can disable the machine whenever you want to, great if you have kids or pets in the house and want to help prevent accidental activation.
The Fellowes H-8C Shredder can be used non-stop for up to 3 minutes, after which it will need a cool down period. Warranty on the machine is 2 years, with 3 years for the cutting blades.
