The Q-Connect KF04374 Cross-Cut Shredder will shred up to 8 sheets of 80gsm paper at a time into confetti-cut pieces measuring 4mm x 42mm. This gives it a P-3 security rating, suitable for the shredding of confidential documents.
Credit cards can also be shredded one at a time (good for any expired bank or store cards) and the bin will hold up to 19.4 litres of shredded waste before it needs emptying.
The shredder can be run continuously for 2 minutes at a time, after which it requires a 25 minute cool down period. Paper entry width is 220mm for A4 shredding and other features include: auto start/stop and reverse options; and thermal motor overload protection. For safety, the shredder head must also be sitting correctly on the bin, otherwise the Q-Connect KF04374 won’t operate.
